Liam Miller, Peninsula: The Panthers entered the final week of the Bay League regular season with a 3-0 record, thanks to Miller’s consecutive double-doubles last week. Brown was trailing 2-0 to start the period, but he quickly scored a pinfall victory in the final match of the meet. Brown continued his strong week by winning the 152-pound championship and helping Paloma Valley capture the team title at the Hillcrest Tournament.
